648 Big base/Brake and Clutch control

ブレーキリンク周り取付の為、マフラーを外します。
Remove the exhaust pipe to install the brake system.
ブラケットが折れているのを発見
I found a broken bracket
なんとマフラー一体型でした。
Omg.. The exhaust was not separate.
little rough. But it's better than my job😉
New parts
リンクシャフトが入らないので研磨
Honing because the link shaft doesn't fit.
シャフトが、入るようになりましたが、
The shaft is fit, but..
フレームのパイプとシャフトの長さが少し違って左右にkeyが入りません。
It’s little different for the length of the pipe and shaft of the frame. So the key doesn't fit.
Keyを削って
Shave the key a little bit
取付完了。動きもスムーズ。
Did it. It works very smooth.
左側のリンクも装着。

ステップ周りとブレーキペダルの取付
Install the Footboard and brake pedal
ブレーキを踏むとアルミオイルポンプに当たるので
When I step on the brake pedal, it hits the aluminum oil pump.
何度か加工して

取付できました。

次はクラッチ側。
Next is the clutch side.
もともと付いていたフットクラッチ。
新しい貫通シャフトで付かなくなったので加工していきます。
