34SS。エンジンが完成したので次はトランスミッションの点検
'34SS Engine is complete, next step is check the transmission.
トランスミッションを降ろします。
Pull out the trans
泥や砂が、かなり残っています。
A lot of mud and sand left.
キックプレートには調整？ワッシャーが入っていました。
組み込み時に確認してみます。
There was adjust? washer for kick plate.
I'll check it when I install.
プライマリー周りも点検
Check around the primary
アウターカバー。修正の後がありました。
Outer cover.
洗浄して他にクラックが無いか点検していきます。
Clean up and check the crack
インナーカバー側点検
淵が折れて無くなっています…
下側だからオイル漏れそう😐
Check the inner cover side
The edge is broken and gone...
ミッション側の点検
ここのネジ山はよく死んでいるので先に全て確認します。
Check the transmission side
ネジ側もダイスで修正
Fix the screw side with a die
一度仮組みして
Trial assemble
メインシャフトのスラスト量確認
Check the thrust amount of the main shaft
カウンターギアのスラストも確認
本組時の参考にします。
Also check the thrust of the counter gear
ダストカバーを専用工具で外します。
Remove the dust cover with a special tool
オリジナルのフェルトシール。
ベアリングは交換。
Original felt seal.
Replace the bearing.
キックマウントネジ山修正
Fix the kick mount screw thread
カウンターギアブッシングも緩いので交換
Replace the counter gear bushing. It's loose.
