新しく交換したインナーケースカバーと、洗浄、点検が終わったクラッチスプロケットとクラッチハブ。
The newly replaced inner case cover, and the clutch sprocket and clutch hub that have been cleaned and checked.
インナーカバーとガスケットを仮組みしてスラスト調整
Trial assemble the inner cover and gasket,also adjust the thrust.
ペイント済みの648Bigbase用のエンジンマウント
Painted engine mount for 648 Big Base
実際にエンジンと仮組みしてインナーカバーの溝がぴったり合うように調整します。
Tral assemble with the engine and adjust so that the groove of the inner cover fits perfectly.
エンジンスプロケットは歯が欠けていたので交換します。
Replace the engine sprocket
交換したギアを加工。
使わないダイナモ部のギアをカット。
Machining the replaced gear.
Cut the unused dynamo gear.
エンジンを載せる前にフレームを掃除
Clean up the frame
エンジン、トランスミッションがのりました。

プライマリー周りの取付
Put around primary
クラッチ周りのパーツ点検。
Check the parts around clutch

チェーンスライダー点検
Check the chain slider
バネが入ってなかったので追加。シャフトも交換
added it because it didn't have a spring. Also replace the shaft
イイ動きになりました。
It was smooth
カラー、oリング、ナットを新しく交換。オイルリーク対策。
Replace the color, o-ring, and nut.
ダイナモチェーンが必要無いので、カバーを製作。
Making a cover, cuz don't need a dynamo chain.
E氏の34Sport Scout、残りはマグネットとキャブを取り付ければエンジンかかる所までできました。
Almost done for this 34 SS, All that is left is to put the magneto and carb for start the engine.
2021年の作業はでここまで。
今年も同じような作業ばかりのBlogを見て頂きありがとうございました。日々、試行錯誤を繰り返してベストな作業方法を探していると一年が本当にあっという間でした。
