カウンターギアシャフトブッシングが入る内径測定。
ケースの穴がかなり広がってしまっているので修正していきます。
Inner diameter measurement for counter gear shaft bushing.
The hole in the case has widen,so I'll fix it.
ダミーサイズを何種類か作って圧入分を考えます。
キツすぎるとケースが割れるし緩いとまた外れてしまいます。
Make some dummy sizes and consider the press-fitting amount.
If it's too tight,the case breaks and if it's loose, it will come off again.
市販のオーバーサイズでは合わないのでスペシャルサイズを製作。
Make a special size because it does not fit with a aftermarket oversize.
イイ感じで出来ました。
It looks good
完成したブッシング。圧入工具も専用を作ります。
It's complete bushing. I also make special press-fitting tools.
ケースをしっかり温めて圧入成功。
Warm the case and press fit successfully.
ベアリングも新しく交換。
無理矢理入れるとケースが簡単に割れるので特殊工具を使います。
Replace with a new bearing. If I force it in, the case will break easily. So I use a special tool.
クラックやネジ山の修正とオーバーサイズのブッシングとベアリングの交換が終わり一安心。
It's done to fix cracks and threads, oversized bushings and bearing replacement.
オイル漏れ対策品のシールkitに交換

洗浄したギア類のCheck
Check for washed gears
ドライブギアに破損があります。
The drive gear was damaged
スライダーギア、クラスターギアも消耗と破損あり。
Slider gears and cluster gears are also worn and damaged.
メインシャフトはスラストワッシャーが破損していたので、消耗あり
The main shaft was worn because the thrust washer was damaged.
クラッチハブは段付き
Clutch hub is rough..
