残念ながらフライウィールはスラストワッシャーが座る座面の内側の淵が無くなっていて使用不可…😐
Unfortunately Flywheels cannot be used... Cuz the seat ID of the thrust washer is thin.
フライウィールもなかり薄く加工されています。ストリートにはあまり向いていませんね。
It's very thinly machined. It's not good for the street I think.
とっておきの純正品と交換していきます。
これならオリジナルの肉厚なのでトルクがあって楽しいSSに生まれ変わります。

レースのクリアランス調整
Adjustment race clearance
レースのID測定。縦と横で内径が違っているので要修正。
クランクピンも段付きありでアウト。新しく交換していきます。
Race ID measurement. The inner diameter is different, so fix it.

コネクティングロッド内径を均等サイズに仕上げます。
Finish the connecting rod inner diameter to the same size.
ホーニング
Honing
ホーニング中は何度も測定しながら削りすぎないように気をつけて狙った内径に仕上げます。
When I hone it, I measure many times and try not to grind too much, and finish to the correct inner diameter.
オーバーサイズのローラーベアリングと規定のクリアランスを計算した寸法に仕上がりました。ちなみにチーフとは違いクリアランスは広め。
Finished with oversized roller bearings and correct clearance
ID綺麗に仕上がりました。

新しいクランクピンを入れて実際のクリアランスを指で確認して終了。
