ローラーベアリングとドライブサイドのレースの計測

Measurements the roller bearing and driveside race

入り口がキツくて奥がゆるい。
修正していきます。

The entrance is tight and the back is loose. Need to fix.

ホーニングマシーンをドライブサイドのストーンに入れ替えて

Replace a driveside stone with the honing machine

狙った寸法まで慎重に広げていきます。

Widen to the correct dimensions

オーバーサイズのローラーベアリング

Oversized roller bearings

イイ感じでドライブサイド終了。

The drive side is done.

次はピニオンサイド(右側)の点検
こっちはホーニング不可なのでレース交換。

Check the pinion side (right side) next.
This is not possible for honing, so replace the race.

カムリフターシャフトも段付きなので交換
カムブッシングは良さそう。

Also replace the cam lifter shaft.
Cam bushing looks good.

ケースを温めて

Heat the case

ピニオンレースとリフターシャフトを外しました。

Removed the pinion race and the shaft
