消耗しているカムリフターシャフトの交換
40SS, Replace the cam lifter shaft
新しく交換するピニオンサイドのレース。
圧入前の測定
A new pinion side race to replace.
Measurement before press fitting
圧入時の専用道具を用意
レースを入れる付近が非常に薄いので、少しでも無理に入れると簡単に割れてしまいます。
Prep special tools for press fitting
The spot around the lace is very thin, so if I force it in even a little, it will break easily.
レースと一緒に薄いワッシャーも入れなければいけません。
A thin washer must be included with the lace.
専用の治具を作ってプレスした時もズレない様にします。
I make a special fixture and press it, it will not move.
ケースをしっかり温めて、一気にプレスします。
割れないか不安で毎回かなり緊張します😐
Heat the case and press it all at once.
ワッシャーもズレないでうまく圧入できました。
I made it without the washer shifting.
レース圧入後は寸法が変わって丁度いい寸法になりました。
After press-fitting the lace, the dimensions changed to correct dimensions.
カムリフターシャフトも無事に打ち替え出来ました。
The cam lifter shaft has also been successfully replaced.
新しいレースに必要なクリアランス分を計算しローラーベアリングを選択して動きを確認。
最後は手の感覚で確かめます。
Calculate the clearance for the new race, select the roller bearing and check the movement.
At the end, make sure with the feeling of my hands.
