他の車両もエンジン始動。全てマスミさんがかけてくれました。👌
カムリフターの点検。
ローラーがガタガタなので交換していきます。
Check the cam lifter.
The rollers are rattling, so I'll replace them.
特殊なドリルで抜きます。
Use with a special drill.
外れました。
Came off
洗浄後、新しいローラーとシャフトをかしめます。
After cleaning, crimp new rollers and shafts
入替終了。
ガタ無くスムーズに回るようになりました。
The replacement is done.
Now it turns smoothly without backlash.
実際に組み込んでCheck
Assembled and check
ピニオンギアも新しく交換。
合わせマークの位置が合っているか確認
The pinion gear is also replaced.
Check the alignment mark.
クランクを回してスムーズに動くかCheck
Turn the crank and check if it moves smoothly
ピニオンシャフトのオイルシールは対策品に交換。
Replace the oil seal on the pinion shaft
カムカバーを組んで、カムシャフトのエンドプレイ測定。
Assemble the cam cover and measure the end play of the camshaft.
プレイが大きすぎたのでシム調整
The play was too big, so shim adjustment
いいクリアランスがでました。
I got a good clearance.
