1940 Indian Sport Scout/ Engine Break in

アクセルワイヤー、シフター周り、ガスライン取付。ガスコックは使いやすいエドコックに交換。クリーナーも新しく。
Install the throttle cable, shifter parts, gas line. Replace the Ed's fuel petcock. The cleaner is also new.
12V化した電気システムに合わせてnewバッテリーとBoxとサーキットブレーカー取付。ホーンも日本の車検に合わせて追加。
組み上がったプライマリー周りにトランスミッション/プライマリーオイルを入れます。
Put the new 12V battery, shell and circuit breaker. Also put the horn for Japanese inspection. Fill the transmission / primary oil around the primary.
オイルライン、ブリーザパイプ、エキゾーストパイプ、キックギア周り取り付け。新しく取り付けた12vダイナモにステップ、ブレーキ周りが接触するので改良。
デスビにプラグワイヤーパイプも追加。手動進角システムが付いてないので追加したい所ですね…
Put the oil line, breather pipe, exhaust pipe, kick gear.. and plug wire pipe to distributor.
準備が出来たのでエンジンをスタートします。
直接手でデスビを遅角、チョークでガスを数回送ってイグニッションKeyをon。キック2発で簡単にエンジン目覚めました👌
オイルの戻り確認後、キャブ調整。異音も無くアイドリングも安定しています。
Now we're ready, start the engine.
エンジン暖気終了後一度冷まして
After warming up the engine, let it cool down once.
ボルト類の増し締め。
Tighten the bolts
近くのスタンドでGasを入れて
Put some gas
かなり低回転で近所を慣らし走行。ギアの入りや音などをCheck。
今の所調子良し👌 じっくり慣らしていきます。
Break in around neighbor. Check the sound,etc... It's good for now👍
