648 Bigbase/Test ride

アクセルが凄く硬く重いので点検していきます。
The throttle is very hard and heavy, so I'll check it.
オリジナルタイプのスロットルシステムにスプリングは意味が無いので外します。それでも動きは変わらず。
The spring doesn't work for the original type throttle system, so remove it. But the movement still doesn't change.
スロットル周り
ワイヤーも抜いて点検
Around throttle,Check by pulling out the cable
ピンとワイヤーがガタガタ。
The pins and wires are not good.
部品交換。ワイヤーにエンジンオイルを通しておくといい動きが長持ちします。
Replace the parts.
ここの穴の角度がきつそうなので
The angle of this hole seems to be tight
角度調整。だいぶ良くなりました。
Adjust the angle. It's much better than before.
トランスミッションオイル交換
Change the transmission oil
OilレベルCheckの穴で確認。
Check the oil level
エンジンスタート準備。オイルラインを開けます。
Prep to start the engine. Open the oil line.
チョークが無いのでカバーを外して、キャブを手で塞いでガスを送ります。
There is no choke, so remove the cover and close the cab with my hand to let the gas in.
ホースの劣化でガスリーク。
Leaking the gas,cuz hose is too old
新しいホースに交換。フィルターも追加。
Replace to new hose and add the filter
エンジン始動。
Start the engine!
オイルの戻りもok
Oil returns👍
初走行
前後ノーブレーキのレーサーからリアブレーキが着いたので少し安心。個人的にはやっぱフロントブレーキも欲しい感じ。
ナンバーも無いので店の前しか走れませんがエンジン、トランス異音無しで良さそう。
気になるのはポジション。ハンドルが低いのと、フロントホイールの振れが凄い。リムが1箇所曲がっている感じが…
後はオーナー様にバトンタッチ。
