ヘッドライトの接触が悪いので点検
Check the headlight
分解して点検。
Disassemble and check
パウダーコートペイントされていてアースが不安定。
塗装を削って対策
It's powder coated. So the ground is unstable.
Shave the paint a little.
アースはばっちり解決。
ターミナルも怪しいので点検していると絶縁パーツが入っていません…
部品取から見つけて追加しました。 ショートする前に気づいて良かったです。
I cleared up. The terminal is also not good, so look it up, there are no insulating parts ...
I added it.
イグニッションキー周り。少し手直しします。

カバーを被せてトラブル防止対策。

アンメーターの裏側点検。
ここも凄く大事です。
気になる所を修正します。
Check the back of the ammeter.
This is also very important parts.
Fix it little bit.
絶縁パーツも一応確認。このパーツが割れるだけでエンジン止まってしまいます。割れ防止でスプリングワッシャーからフラットワッシャーに変えました。
I replaced from a spring washer to a flat washer for prevent cracking.
ホーン。配線が無かったので追加。
それでも鳴りません…
Added horn wiring.
It still doesn't work ...
分解、点検。

色々試して最後はどうにか直りました👌
I tried various things and managed to fix it at the end.
スピードメーターはリビルト済みに変更
Changed to rebuilt the speedometer
メーターのブラケット追加とメーターケーブル交換
Add the meter bracket and replace the meter cable
リアフェンダーのラバーも追加
Also add the rear fender rubber
