47 Chief/ Transmission mount/ Crack

こんなに綺麗な車両でもしっかり点検するとクラックが見つかりました。
I found the crack when I checked even such a beautiful bike.
トランスミッションマウントのクラックです。
ここもチーフの弱点。見えづらい場所ですがかなりの確率で割れている車両を見ます。
It's a crack in the transmission mount.
This is also the chief's weakness.
右側はチェーンケースカバーを外さないと見えません。
お客様と相談後、修理する事に。
The right side cannot be seen without removing the chain case cover.

クラックが無くなるまで削り込みます
Shave until no cracks
溶接。かなり狭い場所なのでトーチを入れるとほとんど先は見えません。感覚で溶接するしかないのでかなり難しいです。
Welding. It's a very small place, so if I put a torch in it, it's hard to see. It's quite difficult because there is no choice, but I weld by feeling.
右側も溶接完了。仕上げ。
Complete to weld on the right side. Finishing.
完成したのでフレームに戻していきます。
Now it's complete, I'll put it back in the frame.
フレーム側の点検
Check the frame side
エンジンを載せてトランスミッションマウントの確認。ボルトもストレスなく入るかcheck
Put back the engine and check the transmission mounts. Check whether the bolt can be inserted without stress.
トランスオイルも新しく
New transmission oil
エンジンオイルも
Also new engine oil
完成。次はテスト走行。
Done. Next is test ride.
