Measure connecting rods, crankpins and roller bearings

オスとメスロッドのIDが少し違うのでホーニングで調整

I.D. of the male and female rods are slightly different, so adjust by honing.

今回はT&Oの80フライウィールを使いストローカーに。もちろんボルトオンでは使えません。

クランクバランス取りの前に一度仮組みしてみます

This time, I used T&O 80 flywheel as a stroker. It can not be used with bolt-on.

Trial assemble before crank balancing.

スラスト調整

Thrust adjustment

スラストワッシャーの座りが悪いのでcheck.

原因はKeyが少し当たっていたので修正

The thrust washer is not seated properly.

Because the key was hit a little,so fix it.

クランクケースに仮組み。メスロッドがバッフルにヒットしてクランクが回りません。

ピニオンケース側。マーキングしてヒットしていないかテスト準備

仮ピストンを使いストローカー用に短く加工

Machined short it for stroker using temporary piston

74ピストンだとケースにぶつかります。

If it's a 74 piston, it will hit the case

シリンダーも仮組みして

Temporarily assemble the cylinder

ロッドの当たる所を加工していきます。

Machined the part where the rod hits.

この辺もがっつり当たります

ミルにセットして

This area also hits. Set in mill

逃げました。

その後も何度か逃しを追加してやっとクランクが回るようになりました。

After that, I added few times and finally the crank turned.
