フライウィールに点火タイミングマークが無いので測定して新しくマーク。
There is no ignition timing mark on the flywheels, so measure it and make a new mark.

やっと手に入った648ビッグベース用のクランクピン。
これに交換していきます。
I finally got a crankpin for 648 big base.
Replace it.

ダミーウェイトを測定して
Check the dummy weight
どの位置で置いてもクランクが回らず止まったままになるようフライウィールに穴を開け何度も調整していきます。
Make holes in the flywheel and adjust again and again, so that the crank does not rotate and remains stationary no matter where you place it.
整備が終わり現在試乗中の1940Chief。
キック一発始動。白煙など無しで調子良し。かなりイイ感じで仕上がってきました。
今ではもう激レアのリーフスプリングチーフ!
