錆や汚れが取れました。
removed the rust.
塗装、乾燥
Paint and dry
フィードギアとボディ側の測定
Measure the feed gear and body side.
リターンギアは交換
Replace the return gears
紙ガスケットの厚みを選択。
Select the gasket thickness.
今回マグネットを新しく変える事が決まったので古いスリーブを外して入れ替えます。
Replace the Distributor sleeve.
面になっていたので苦戦。ブラケット溶接してどうにか外せました。
It was hard to remove . but I did it!
新しいスリーブを2箇所で固定します。

クランキングしてオイルの潤滑をCheck
Check oil lubrication
クランクピンからオイルが回ってきてリターンギアから戻りも確認できたのでok
