スラストワッシャーを仮で選択してクリアランスを見ます。
The drive side where the roller bearing adjustment has already done.
I choose the thrust washer. It's temporary.
ピニオンサイドも。
スラストワッシャーとケースのレースが均等に当たっているかもCheck.
Also on the pinion side.
フライウィールをクランクケースに入れてクランクの遊び調整。
Put the flywheel in the crankcase and adjust the play of the crank.
インディアン専用の分度器を取り付けて
Attach a protractor for Indians
シリンダーを仮組みして点火タイミングマークを決めます。
SSはリアシリンダーで合わせます。
Trial assemble the cylinder and decide the ignition timing mark.
Set up the SS with the rear cylinder.
新しく点火タイミングマークを打ちました。
Made a new ignition timing mark.
本組前にタペットハウジングのペイント。
Paint the tappet housing before assemble.
スラストワッシャーのサイズを変えて、
ローラーペアリングはBack to backで。
Change the size of the thrust washer,
Roller bearings are back to back.
クランクのプレイをもう一回。ばっちり👌
