ダイナモチェーンカバーのクラック
I found the crack in dynamo chain cover
チェーンが暴れてすり減っていてます。
The chain is worn out.
ロウ付けで修理完了
Fix it by brazing
フレームにトランスミッションを乗せていきます。
Put the transmission on the frame
このスペーサーが入っていない車両がかなり多いですね。
この車両もそうでした。
エンジンマウントやトランス、クランクケースの割れにつながるので大事なパーツです。
Needs this spacer. It's important.
マウントボルトのネジ山と曲がり修正。
Fix the threads and bends of the mount bolts.
圧入するようになっています。

取付はこんな感じでフレームとマウントの間に隙間ができないように。
下の方のスペーサーも欠品していたので追加しました。
Like this. There is no gap between the frame and the mount.
The lower spacer was also nothing, so I added it.
ギアシフターを仮組みして実際にギアをシフトしてプレートに当たらないか確認します。
Trial assemble the gear shifter and shift the gear to check if it hits the plate.
トランスミッション取付完了。

ブレーキシューは割れていました
The brake shoe was cracked.
ブレーキシュー交換前に測定

ブレーキパネル。トルクロッドのリベットが緩んでガタガタ。
かしめて修理。
The brake panel and torque rod rivets are loose, so fix it.
