741 Scout用に加工したJrScoutタンク。
タンク内の錆取り作業
This is a Jr Scout tank for 741Scout. Rust removal work in the tank.
オイルタンク側。
何回かやり直してかなり良くなりました。
Oil tank side. I've tried it a few times and it has better than before.
ガソリンタンク側。
Gasoline tank side
最後はコーティングで仕上げ。
タンクのリークテストからスタートして漏れ修正、タンク内の錆取り、洗浄、乾燥、コーティングまで凄く時間がかかります。
インディアンのタンクは軽くてイイのですが、溶接では無くハンダで製作されているのでよくガス漏れが起きてこのメニューが必要になるケースが多くなります。
地味で大変な作業ですが凄く大事な作業の一つなのでしっかり仕上げていきます。
Finished with coating. It takes a lot of time to start from the leak test of the tank, fix the leak, remove the rust in the tank, clean it, dry it, and coat it. It's a simple and hard, but it's one of the most important, so I'll finish it well.
