48Chief/Idling Issue

作業中の48Chief。点火タイミングを調整しても、キャブ調整してもまだアイドリング不調。インテークマニーホールドのリークも確認。試しにローターも交換しても変わらず。
Works on 48 Chief. Even if the ignition timing is adjusted or the cab is adjusted, idling is still not good. Also found the leak from the intake manifold. I tried to replace the rotor, but it doesn't change.
クリーナーを外してリンカートの点検。
ガソリンのフィルターもok
中を覗くとスロットルディスクが怪しい。
Remove the cleaner and check the Linkert.
Gasoline filter is ok.
When I look inside, the throttle disc looks has a problem.

シャフトやブッシングとディスクの点検
Check the shaft, bushing and disc
スロットルディスクが斜めのカットも無くなってかなり薄く加工？消耗？していました。これではアイドリングに影響ありますね。
The throttle disc was worn out quite thinly without the diagonal cut. This will affect idling.
在庫であった新しいディスクに交換しました。
I replaced it with a new disc.
ついでにHiとLowスピードニードルの長さやフロートの油面も点検。
I also checked the length of the Hi and Low speed needles and the oil level of the float.
今回はとりあえずディスクの交換だけ。ちゃんとした洗浄はまた後日やりたいですね。
キャブを取り付けてエンジンスタート。
For the time being, just replace the disc. I wanna do proper cleaning again at other day.
Install the carb and start the engine.
アイドリングバッチリ安定しました👌
Idling has perfectly.
近所をテスト走行。
走りもかなり良くなりましたが、自分が思う”快適”に走れるまではまだまだやる事があります。
お客さんと話しながら一つずつ直していきましょう🙂
Test ride around my neighbor. It has better than before, but it still needs more work.
