47 Chief/ Gas tank/ leaking /Solder work

47Chief、凄く綺麗な車両ですがタンクからガソリンがほんの少しだけですが漏れます。
ガスとオイルを抜いてタンクを外します。
This beautiful 47Chief, leaks the gas from the tank little bit.
Drain the gas and oil and remove the tank.
タンクを外してフレームの点検。かなり綺麗です。
Remove the tank and check the frame. It's pretty clean.

内側まで凄く綺麗。

右側はここから漏れています。
ガス漏れもIndianの弱点ですね。
The right side is leaking from here.
Gas leaks are weakness of Indians.
左側も漏れています。
修理していきます。
Left side,too. Fix it.
Indianのタンクは溶接で修理が出来ません。ハンダ付けで直していきます。
Indian tanks cannot be repaired by welding. I'll fix it by soldering.
トーチを使い奥までハンダを流し込みます。
Use the torch to the solder all the way in.
ハンダ付け完了
Done.
リークテストして完成。
もうガスタンクのリーク修理はIndianの定番。手間はかかりますが一台ずつ丁寧に直していきます。

Gas tank leak repairs are common in Indians. It takes time, but I'll carefully fix each one.
