Sport Scout/Side Stand

スポーツスカウトのサイドスタンド。
現在、唯一手に入るアフターマーケット製ですが、残念ながらそのまま使えません。
It's Sport Scout side stand. Currently, it is the only aftermarket product available, but unfortunately it cannot be used as it is.
角度やストッパーのかかりが悪くスタンド使用時にバイクが倒れてきてかなり危険な状態になります。
The angle and the stopper are not applied well, and the bike falls down when using the stand, which is quite dangerous.
厚い板を溶接してストッパーを追加します。
Add a stopper by welding a thick plate.
カットして仕上げ。ストッパーを数ミリ追加しました。
Cut and finish. Added a few millimeters of stopper.
角度を削って調整。フレームとスタンドブラケットのずれ止めも追加しました。
見た目はほとんど変わりませんがこれで安心して使えるようになりました。
Cut and adjust the angle. I also added a detent for the frame and stand bracket.
It looks almost the same, but now I can use it with confidence.
最後にボルトに緩み止めのピン穴を追加加工して完成。
Add a pin hole to the bolt to prevent it from loosening. Done.
